At Fabbrica we love to welcome wine lovers or just curious about wine, where we offer tastings at our new Wine Shop at Podere dell'Albergo or a visit of the winery followed by a full tasting of 5 wines and extravergin olive oil in a modern and relaxed atmosphere.

The Great Classic
This is Fabbrica signature wine tour.
It begins with a short explanattion of our vineyards, where guests discover the characteristics of our soils and the philosophy behind our natural approach. A visit of the cellar follows, where visitors learn the process from grape to glass.
Finally, a tasting of five wines of Fabbrica will be accompanied handmade local bread and our extra virgin olive oil. UPON RESERVATION ONLY.
A Sip of Fabbrica
Discovering the world of Fabbrica Pienza, with tasting of three or five wines from the estate on our new shop of Podere dell'Albergo. It includes the tasting of our extra virgin olive oil.
Winery visits are not included.
Great Classic & PicNic
Upon reservation and only available with The Great Classic experience in the winery, you can enjoy a picnic in the vineyard, made by our Chef from our restaurant Ortus at Casa Newton.

*In the case of adverse weather conditions and/or the necessity to undertake work in the vineyards, picnics may be cancelled with 24 hours notice.

ORTUS by fondo is a culinary destination just steps from the main house, open for lunch and dinner by reservation. Its name — meaning “rising” or “being born” — reflects a philosophy rooted in nature.
Inspired by the land, our dishes are crafted using fire and embers to elevate pure ingredients, offering a nourishing and pleasurable experience.
