At Fabbrica we love to welcome wine lovers or just curious about wine in our state-of-the-art cellar, where we offer a full range of experiences in a modern and relaxed atmosphere.

A Sip of Fabbrica
This tour is an introduction to the world of Fabbrica. A visit of the cellar and barrel room is followed by a tasting of three wines from the estate. It includes the tasting of our extra virgin olive oil.
The great classic
This is Fabbrica signature wine tour.
It begins with a walk through the vineyards, where guests discover the characteristics of our soils and the philosophy behind our natural agronomy. A visit of the cellar follows, where visitors learn the process from grape to glass. Finally, a tasting of 5 wines of Fabbrica will be accompanied handmade local schiacciata and our extra virgin olive oil.
The VIP Experience
This is the ultimate experience at Fabbrica: a visit of the vineyards on our 4-wheel drive, exploring the most remote parts of the estate and enjoying the best views.
Once back at the winery, the detailed tour of the cellar and barricaia is followed by a tasting of 7 wines, including our limited edition Prototipo Viognier 2020.
During the tasting a selection of organic, local pecorino cheese and our extra virgin olive oil will be served.
PicNic
Upon reservation, you can enjoy a picnic in the vineyard, made by our Chef from our restaurant Il Cervo at Casa Newton. We offer 2 types of lunch:

- Garden Basket
