Tasting note
With its unusual blend of indigenous and not varieties - Vermentino, Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier - Bianco di Fabbrica connects Southern Tuscany to the Northern Cotes du Rhone. The colour is straw-yellow, tinged with pale-green. On the nose, the bouquet is intense with hints of linden, citron and lime zest. The palate is similarly rich, with balanced acidity and an almost savoury, rich mouthfeel.
